Descrição:	This is a very gently used 2003 YCI/YCM Supermax FP-100A High Speed Die Mold machining center. This machine is in excellent condition as you can see from the pictures and video. It is under power and available for inspection. We have done a Renishaw Ballbar test which shows this machine will hold a 12" diameter circle .00023" at 40 IPM. This machine is packed with features and options. This is a rigid, heavy duty Bridge Style, Cross Roller way machine with HEIDENHAIN .00004" linear scales on all axes. This machine has a replacement cost of over $325,000.00. I have included a picture of a part being hard milled on Wednesday June 27th 2012. This machine is wired for a full 4th axis, including Fanuc axis drive card and internal wiring. There is not a rotary table included. This machine uses the top of the line Fanuc 18iMB High Speed control, including 64 Bit RISK Processor, NANO HPCC High Speed option, Data Server, and Ethernet. This machine is much larger than a Makino V55 or V56 or S series and slightly smaller than a Makino V77. We have done numerous test cuts when competeing against Makino for new sales and have won many orders by meeting or exceeding the results produced by Makino. We have several customers using this machine in our local area and would be glad to arrange a phone conversation or visit so that you may experience first hand the superior cutting and finishing capability of this machine. Our customers produce on a daily basis parts that come off of the machine with "No Hand Work Required". We have gone over this machine from top to bottom, including checking the machine for accuracy with our Renishaw Ballbar, Dawbar Pressure Test, and Spindle Vibration test. Test results available upon request, it is in EXCELLENT CONDITION and ready to go to work in your shop.
