1.SHAFT COUPLER JOINT. That eliminates conventional chain transmission, the coating roller running is transmitted by shaft coupler. This assures extremely smooth running of coating roller and crease uniform coating effect.      
      
2. INDIVIDUAL TRANSMISSION ON ROLLERS. The rollers are individually driven by 3 sets of gear and motor assembly. Roller running speeds can be adjusted individully to suit various working requirements. Precision and full power transmission assure superior coating quality.      
      
      
3.AIR DIAPHRAGM PUMP FOR DELIVERING PAINT. The machine employs high performance air diaphragm pump for delivering paint, featuring stable paint delivery, no sparking and is very safety. The paint flow is adjustable. Paint tank is available to equip with paint heating.      
      
      
4.CONVENIENT REPLACEMENT OF COATING ROLLER. The coating roller and gear reducer motor are supported by bearing housing, providing convenient cleaning or replacement and high safety. Coating roller can be turned freely when loosened from the bearing housing.      
      
5.HIGH PERFORMANCE FREQUENCY INVERTER. Speeds are controlled by 3 sets of frequency inverter with convenient speed setting by digital display.      
      
6.COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY GUARD, The safety guard on the machine combined with automatic power off switch give dependable safety protection.      
      
7.SQUEEGEE. The coating roller is equipped with a squeegee, uniform and fine coating surface.
