Pryer Technology Group LLC (PTG) was formed in 2008 to provide solutions to the long existing problem of replacing aging 25 to 50 year old Cincinnati and Verson Hydroform presses. The absence of fluid cell manufacturing capability in the USA left all commercial and aerospace with requirements of manufacturing deep draw sheet metal parts with these problems and more;
1. Replacement parts, pumps and valves in short supply,
2. Replacement fluid cells sources scarce,
3. Experienced hydroform press operators getting in short supply because of retirement and attrition,
4. Finite cycle press life exceeded with potential results of catastrophic failure,
5. Non-Compliance to Lean and Green Manufacturing initiatives,
6. "Monument type Presses", too large and expensive to move because of 50 year old Engineering and Technology Styles
The experienced hydroform and design engineers at Pryer Technology used many Innovations while engineering the Triform Hydroform Presses to eliminate these problems.
