VANGUARD Manipuladores para Soldadura
Información del Listado
Especificaciones
The Vanguard LHZ 13' x 16' gives you 13' of lift and 16' of reach along with a long list of standard options to make it the value leader in its class.
Tower -
The tower structure is made out of a single rigid box beam with continuously welded ways that are "v" machined on two faces. This maintains precision alignment while ensuring smooth operation. The tower comes standard with an oversized, geared Rotek bearing which gives steady effortless motion even when fully loaded.
Boom Lift and Safety -
Vertical lift is obtained by a dual worm gear, dual chain lifting mechanism powered by a 220v 2 hp AC motor. This allows for a lifting speed of 39 ipm. The 13' of lift begins 56" off the ground (fixed base) to terminate at 211". Overall height of the manipulator is 272" (fixed base).
In addition to the dual worm gear self locking gear boxes and the dual chain there is a third anti-fall device consisting of a spring loaded mechanical latch that engages immediately with any slack in the lifting mechanism. It will only release once the lifting mechanism has removed the full weight of the boom.
Saddle -
The LHZ series saddle has dimensions of 51" x 33" x 14". As a single weldment utilizing over 1-1/2" solid steel it ensures both strength and rigidity. Stainless steel rollers are precision machined and utilize oversized sealed bearings for years of trouble free service. For ease of alignment the rollers are mounted on eccentric shafts which allows for quick and easy adjustments.
Boom -
The boom is made out of a single rigid box beam with continuously welded ways that are "v" machined also on 2 faces. This defers deflection while still allowing smooth operation and alignment. Boom travel is 16'; 39" to 234" as measured from the centerline of the tower.
The boom is driven by a 220v AC inverter drive coupled with a .75 hp motor. The motor consists of a planetary gear along with a worm drive to virtually eliminate slipping and run off. The mechanical connection is made between a rack and pinion which is flush mounted along the boom.
Tower Rotation -
The tower is fixed to an oversized, geared Rotek bearing which allows almost effortless rotation under full load.
Base -
The LHZ 13'x16' comes standard with a reinforced box base and a power supply / cabinet stand. The stand is attached to the tower and allows for ease of rotation without entangling cords.
Pendant -
Standard 25' walk around pendant containing complete set of controls.
a. Boom travel
b. Boom lift
c. Powered cross slide adjustment (up/down/left/right)
d. Turning roll or positioner integration (see below)
e. Safety E-Stop
f. 10 turn precision potentiometer for boom extend/retract speed variation
g. digital tachometer
NOTE -
Standard Vanguard manipulators are equipped from the factory to allow for the intergration of either a set of Vanguard turning rolls or a Vanguard positioner. All necessary electrical components are pre-integrated into the cabinet and pendant of the manipulator to allow for complete control of the mating unit, including STOP/STOP/FORWARD/REVERSE AND SPEED VARIATION from the manipulator pendant.
Cross Slide -
The LHZ 13'x16' comes standard with powered cross slide giving precise 4" of lift and 4" of lateral movement without repositioning the boom or tower. The 1400 RPM motors and reduction gear combination give smooth and precise movement without limiting the capacity of the manipulator.
Power -
The LHZ 13' x 16' comes standard with dual voltage capability 220v 3 phase, 60 cycle or 440v 3 phase 60 cycle.
