This mill is the back-swing spiral welded pipe mill with fly-welding carriage. Besides, this mill adopts continuous production. What’s more, the uncoiler has the plate-tail bending device and separated parts are combined in the coil joining position during the shearing and coil joining, which reaches the beveling function during coil joining.

Hanged coil → reversd coil → prepared coil → uncoiling → head straightening → centring → leveling → centring → weld-milling → centring → pinching → accumulator → transmission rollers → centring→ rust cleaning on plate edge → centring → rough edge-milling → centring → fine edge milling → centring → cleaning the plate surface → main drive → pre-bending → forming → internal&external welding → calibrating → pipe cutting → pipe exiting → deslagging → internal inspection → repair welding → pipe ends alignment → grinding the internal & external welding seam → Xray inspection → Spherical Socket and Spigot Joint → hydrostatic machine → pipe body& welding seam UT flaw detector → pipe ends beveling and chamfering machine → taking the photo on pipe ends → out appearance inspection, measuring, and weighting → marking → storage
