Automatic Welding Center center consists of the welding manipulator ,auto-submerged are welding machine(or C02 ,TIG welding machines),the submerged are welding machine, the cladding with strap ,the turning rolls(or welding positioner).It can weld metar vessels steel structure in all orentation by warious welding metuods.The center takes three functions in one to realize the manipulator ,the tureingroll and the positioner to be interlocked ,and it is equipped with the welding tracking and monitoring system ,are osciliting unit,the fluxauto-feeding and recovering system.The machine can be used in match with automatic welder ,roller stand(or welding positioner ),and for the inner-insideround welding and vertical welding of vessels ,and automatic welding of objects。
