2. Offline setup, push-button slitter tooling lock-up, powered indexing tension rolls, quick-change tooling bars and automatic transmissions are on all DC motors.
3. Some design elements on this coil slitting line improve the high yield output, including slit edge quality, straight-wall slit coils as well as the ability to hold tight slit strip tolerances.
The middle thick sheet slitting machine can be divided into three types, due to the different slitting speed, max. coil weight, strip thickness and max. strip width.
