In 2008, we created Bigbee Printer Type CNC Cutting Machine and launched it on 2009 Essen Fair in Shanghai, also exhibited it on Germany Essen Fair in Sept., 2009.

It is a kind of lGantry CNC Cutting Machine, but it has several special features comparing with traditional Gantry CNC Cutting Machines:

1. Lightweight. Its structure is made of Aluminum-alloy and enjoy lightweight. But the driving system is 3 units of 400W Mitsubishi servo motors. The powerful driving make the machine running is more smooth and stable. Furthermore, it make the corner cutting quality is better. The traditional gantry cutting machine is heavy and made of steel, the heavy weight make the track span is deform after long time using.

2. Good heat-radiation ability: Aluminum-alloy is a kind of material which conduct heat very fast, so it can radiate heat quickly, which make the track is not easy to distort;

3. Low-cost: The price is almost half price of the traditional Gantry CNC Cutting Machine. We can have large output of it and make all the parts standard, which decrease the cost and the parts are easy to be replaced.

4. New CNC system. The VUP system is researched and developed by us company Honeybee CNC. It combines the industrial car and the most advanced CNC system technology. It replaced the more expensive CNC system such as Burny and Hypertherm, etc.
