Welding Alloys manufactures the widest range of tubular welding wire in the world - low, mid and high alloy hardfacing, mild steel fabrication, stainless steel, nickel base, cobalt base, all in diameters ranging from 0.9mm to 5mm, using our own manufacturing technology.
Additionally, we manufacture custom-designed modular welding equipment, including semi-automatic wire feeders, portable automatic machines for in-situ work, fully automatic machines including component manipulation with robotic controls. Since 1980 we have manufactured and installed machines, providing all operator training to customers in over 45 countries. Complementary to our product manufacturing, our Integra service workshops specialize in providing welding services using our own materials for the hardfacing and cladding of components worn in service. Our knowledge of service conditions of worn components enables us to recommend the appropriate welding method and welding materials to provide exceptional component service life, always exceeding the original performance. |
