Punch Point Range: 0.030(0.80) to 0.500(12.70)

Punches: high-speed tool steel for exceptional interval between regrinds. 1/4 degree back taper and near polished flanks to reduce friction and eliminate galling. External lubrication grooves to allow fluid flow. Single point turned radii at base of punch point to improve strength. Exceptional dimensional accuracy combined with superior angularity and concentricity result in extended tool life. Available in two styles; Ultra-TEC with lubrication grooves and Ultra-Metric which is compatible with Original Style 1/2”(A) station punches.

Strippers:  relieved to allow 0.118(3.00) extra grind life. Recessed to allow collection of lubrication fluid. Quick-change mechanism to allow rapid tool change. Rounded edges to minimise sheet marking. Optional urethane stripper pads to eliminate sheet marking.

SLUG FREE® Dies: Highly wear resistant, chrome air hardened tool steel to balance hardness and toughness. SLUG FREE® die geometry eliminates slug pulling. Uniform clearance radii in die corners to eliminate pip marks. Precision orientation with hardened external pin. Up to 0.118(3.00) grind life. Superior roundness and flatness with exceptional die strength.

Canister Assemblies: Quick length adjustment. Uniform spring pressure. Compatible with popular alternative tool systems. Available in two versions; Ultra-TEC designed to accept the Ultra-TEC standard punch with integral lubrication mechanism and Ultra-Metric which is compatible with Original Style 1/2”(A) station punches.

Universal Guides - Quick-change mechanism. Internal and external lubrication to reduce friction. Hardened and ground to reduce wear. Available in two versions; Shapes – with three internal keyways for use with shaped punches, and Rounds - without internal keyways, for use with round punches only.
