the daily output of spheroidized wire made by the high-temperature spherical furnace can reach to 100 tons. we have taiwan-made six interlocked wire-drawing machine and fine wire drawing machine for raw materials, multi-stage bolt formers made by taiwan jernyao, over 200 taiwan-made 1-mold 2-punch screw formers, self-drilling machine, slotting machine and end cutting machine. the imported thread rolling machine guarantees a yield as high as 99%. the heat treatment workshop has several advanced heat treatment net belt production lines, with a daily capacity of more than 150 tons.
