ISO9001 manufacturer of precision production machine tools for metal cutting. from our Los Angeles warehouse, Jinpu's MILLMAX line of manual and universal knee mills come with three or five horsepower spindle motors, from 9x42 up to 12x58 tables. the CNCM series machines are an innovative and economical alternative for applications requiring much more than a cnc retrofit knee mill, a dedicated 3-axis cnc machine built around a heavy duty patented rigid spindle design and is fully customizable with advanced spindle control features at a retrofit price. slant bed lathes are available with 6, 8, or 10" chucks and fully configurable with live tooling, 8 or 12 tool servo turrets and choice of controls. bed mills and machining centers fill the needs of larger work envelopes, we are eager to be of assistance with requests and requirements.
Our machines are crafted with critical components manufactured in-house or imported from Taiwan or Japan. spindle bearings on us machines are genuine NSK or Nachi ABEC-7 precision angular contact ball bearings for high precision, heavy cutting, low noise and long life with typical TIR tested to 0.002mm (0.000,08"). two fully dedicated foundries allow for innovative, cost effective designs and superior performance control all in-house. we are able to offer customs and specials per customer requirements from choices of controls to custom iron castings.
