TABLE:
Oversized CNC machined table with standard heavy duty ball transfers for easy movement of the material.
Ball transfers are easily replaced if worn or damaged.
40" (39.37" actual) "X" - Axis Travel
16" (15.15" actual) "Y" - Axis Travel
Industry leading variable positioning speeds from 0" up to 590"/min per axis
Industry leading positioning accuracy of +/-0.002" per axis
"X" and "Y" stops are driven via 2 - 400 watt Mitsubishi "Servo" motors coupled to heavy-duty ball screws
Dual-linear ball-bearing guide rails mounted on either side of the table for the "Y" axis and one for the "X" axis for strength, rigidity, accuracy and parallelism of table.
"Y" axis features hardened wear strips for added protection and reliability. Simple adjustment of punch centerline (change size of wear strip to accomodate off-center punching without the need to adjust the controls parameters).
CONTROL:
HUST H2 pendant mounted CNC controller for positioning of both "X" and "Y" axes
Control features four pre-programmed visual patterns Line, Arc, Array, and Fully Customized Patterns
Easy programming using quick-entry keypad and graphic display
Store up to 100 programs with each program consisting of up to 6 patterns
Run multiple patterns during one program run eliminating the need to switch patterns mid-run
RS232 port for off-line editing and program download
Manual movement of the back stops via manual mode
On-Screen visual error notifications and safety warnings
Complete ability to control machine tolerance and acceleration/deceleration speed
OPERATION:
Operator loads program, or manually inserts coordinates; both "X" and "Y" axes move automatically to programmed position, operator manually moves material against positioned stops and presses foot pedal. Stops move to next coordinate automatically.
Ideal with flat plate, angle and other structural sections.
START-UP/INSTALLATION:
Included in the price:
After the customer has installed the machine and connected it to the necessary utilities, we will furnish qualified factory-trained personnel to start the machine up and instruct your operating personnel in its use and maintenance for a period of one day.
