Hembrug designs and builds the Mikroturn series of unique, high quality and ultra precision fully hydrostatic machine tools. These machines give you full control over the hard turning process. This process provides greater accuracy, higher productivity, more flexibility and cost savings when compared to cylindrical grinding. These machines are able to achieve form and size accuracies between 0.1 - 2 micron and surface finishes of 0.1 – 0.4 Ra in hardened workpieces up to 68 HRC.
