over the past twenty-five years, alco capital group has provided interim management services to companies facing operational and financial leverage problems. alco is engaged directly by the owners or boards of directors of the companies or, in certain circumstances, by creditor committees or directly by the courts to act in a fiduciary capacity in the interest of equity holders and creditors.
