For 8” CMU 3000 plates per 8 hour shift. Each Rack holds 108 plates this varies according to the size of the Rack Handling equipment and transporter on the plant. This is a machine rated by Besser at 8-9 cycles/min Our experience with the machine was closer to 8 cycles/min     Does the machine comes with controller ? No How much and what type molds come with this machine ? 4,6 & 8-inches CMU block molds with a repair kit for the 8-inch mold. You will get: 1 (One) Besser Superpac V6-12 113 with the main Cam motor and belts and the (2) Vibrators with motors. And 4,6 & 8-inches CMU block molds with a repair kit for the 8-inch mold.   The following are not including with the machine. No hoopers, mixing system, transport system, batching plant, electrical panels, Controls or electrical PLC controllers parts. No Spare parts either electrical or mechanical Are included. What is shown in the photos is exactly what you will receive except for the above listed molds.They will also include around 8 racks and 800 used steel pallets as a bonus.The most expensive solution is to contact Besser Machine company and ask for a quotation for a control panel. Please note that this is a mechanical machine with only 4 electrical motors so in a simple way it will consist basically of an electrical box that will contain4 electrical starters and switches to turn on and off the machine. This can be assembled by a knowledgeable electrician.Now for the not so simple answer: Any block plant of any kind needs to be integrated with the batching plant, transport equipment, etc.For this, on these modern times we use PLC or Programmable Logic Controllers to do multiple functions and basically control the flow of productthrough the plant. These PLC and all related equipment will turn on and off the machine as needed.
