TOOL HOLDER and ARBOR ADJUSTMENT (CHUCK):
Tool holder is non-rotatable, hardened steel and removable with stable, locking configuration for repeatability of location.
Tool holder contains .125 inch by .187 inch arbor mounting hole. Round .125 inch diameter arbor mounting hole is available as an option.
Tool holder has independent arbor clamping by cam device accessible from the front of the machine using a #3-56 screw.
Tool holder contains precision bearing bore for pitch tool stem
Pitch tool holder contains final guide mounting reference surfaces and clamp screw Boles.
Arbor is axially adjusted by positioning and ejection rod.
Positioning and ejection rod is axially adjusted by #3-56 screw from front of machine.
Arbor can be removed by positioning and ejection rod without loss of axial position.
