Fellows model FS-400 re-control 

This machine is to have the present controls replaced with GE Fanuc 32i
controls, and remanufactured to original manufactures standards.

 Electrical System: 
 * Motors for all axes to be replaced with comparable Fanuc motors. 
 * Heidenhain linear scale for X axis 
 * Fanuc 32i A5 Control

 * Hoffman air condition system  

 Hydraulic System: 
 * Replace existing servo valve  
 * Rebuild main motor  
 * Rebuild circulation pump  
 * Replace all sensors and hydraulic solenoid valves if required  
 * New wiring and  hoses 
 * Replace heat exchanger  
 * Rebuild hydraulic pump  
 * Add new Johnson Thermostat to monitor hydraulic oil temp 
 * New hydraulic oil chiller  

 Mechanicals: 
 The machine mechanicals will be dismantled inspected and repaired as
 necessary to meet original manufacturer's quality specifications. Including
 but not limited to the following: 
 * Both upper and lower worm and worm wheels will be inspected and re-cut if
   necessary and adjusted for proper backlash and contact pattern 
 * X-Axis box ways reground and fitted 
 * Cutter spindle bushing refit to factory specifications 

 Control Features: 
 * Fanuc 32i controller 
 * Color CRT 
 * The CNC will control the following axis: 
 - C Axis work table rotation  
 - X Axis work table infeed 
 - B Axis cutter spindle rotation 
 - Z Axis spindle positioning 
 -W Axis stroke length  
 - A Axis cutter spindle speed 
 * CNC Controller has Macro screens for "operator friendly" question and 
    answer setups.  
 * One to five cuts selected by CNC controller 
 * Segment cutting 
 * Single index and/or slot cutting 
 * Part programs can be stored in nonvolatile 2MB memory with up to 36
   character part numbers 
 * RS-232 and Ethernet communications port  
 * Custom programming available based on customers requirement at additional
   cost.  

 Paint: 
 * Machine to be painted to customers specifications not to exceed 2 colors. 
 * Standard R.P. Silver/White on Blue 

 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  
 Delivery:  
 * 4 months from the receipt of purchase order and deposit  

 Transportation:  
 * Machine is sold FOB RP Machine Statesville NC.  
 * CIF quotes available upon request  

 Runoff Criteria:  
 * To be determined  

 Installation and Training:  
 * This price includes the services of a factory service engineer to assist
   customer in set-up of machine in the US only. International installation
   will be quoted at additional cost. The customer is responsible for machine
   foundation, rigging machine in place and supplies all hook ups to power,
   air, and water. The factory service engineer completes installation with
   customer supplied assistance. 
   The factory service engineer completes demonstration of the machine
   run-off, capabilities and operator instruction for a period of not to
   exceed 3 weeks. Extended service is available at our normal service rates
   in effect at the time of installation.  

 Warranty:  
 * One (1) Year warranty on parts and labor  
 * Fanuc Controls, motors, and drives are supported with a two (2) year Mfg.
   part warranty  

 Validity:  
 * This quotation is valid for 30 days and subject to availability  

 Price For Machine Sold As Is:
 $35,500

 Payment:  
 50% down payment with purchase order  
 40% Upon successful runoff at RP Machine  
 10% Net 30 days from receipt of machine
