The spindle made of hardened and ground alloy steel with a triple support bearing system for maximum stability and accuracy. Sharp’s patented special adjustable headstock can eliminate vibration turning at high speeds and irregular material. The fully enclosed quick-change feed gearbox allows easy selection of threads and feeds without changing gears. The gearbox assembly is automatically lubricated for smooth and quiet operation.
