Press Performances
Press is able to print up to 400 m/min.
Actual speed is related to repeat, plate dimensions and shape, ink coverage, solvent utilised, environmental conditions, sleeves conditions.
Due to gearless technology, there is no restriction for printing plate nor sticky back adhesive thickness.
The register quality ( up/down ) at the start up is in relation with the accuracy of plate mounting, according reference line on the sleeve and accuracy of reference line / pin system. To achieve a perfect in register setting, suitable videosystem is included and necessary printed marks must be provided on the plates.
