DX20-1CNC high-efficiency CNC milling three-slot machine adopts four-
axis four-linkage CNC processing gear synchronizer slipper slot,
with the characters of high efficiency, stable ability, convenient operation,
widely flexibility, simple knife tool and good processing quality, etc.
The structure of the machine tool: the structure of the machine tool is
horizontal type structure, with totally enclosed protection. The entirety
of the machine tool is consisted by cutter shaft system, work piece
system, pneumatic system, Lubrication System, servo motor cooling system,
chip rentoval system, protection system and the attachment of the machine tool, etc.
1 the machine tool body adopts casting body, with the major function
of supporting and the subsidiary function of chip rentoval.
2 the cutter shaft box adopts the casting house, with multiple level structure.
In the upper level, the knife tool is driven by the servo motor (C axis) to rotating,
with the highest rotation rate of 4500 RPM. In the lower level, the servo motor (Y axis)
drives the high-accuracy ball screw and the knife tool to do the longitudinal shift.
There is a silo in the cutter shaft box which could contain two parts.
The machine tool could pick the part from the silo automatically to process,
and put it back into the silo after the completion.
