The D1136 machine is well suited for appliance, residential, and furniture glass parts which have aligned holes along one or both edges, e.g. hinge holes. The table is slotted, while the drill head is on a horizontal X axis, thereby allowing drilling to be done virtually anywhere along the edge of the part or parts. Multiple parts can be set on the table, essentially eliminating part loading and unloading time, while the drill continues to work. The back fence is set (manual or auto) for the distance of the hole to the edge. Side locators are set along the fence to manually square the part. The drill head positions are set via the operator screen.
A large center hole in the table also allows for the drilling of up to 3" holes, e.g. for the center hole in large patio tables. - نبذة عن الشركة
