Universal bandsaw of heavy-duty construction, for cutting profiles, tubes, solid material at 90° and miter cuts. The saw unit can be turned easily so that each requested miter cut can be adjusted continuously and quickly; one-side adjustment to 60° (acute angle 30°). The center of motion of the saw unit is situated at the intersection point between saw band and material supporting edge. So, a correction of the length is not necessary when miter angles are changed. The adjusting scale can be read easily. The fixing stops for 90°-, 45°- and 60°- cuts and the material clamping in the direction of material flow guarantee an exact operation. The ergonomically and centrally located operating panel makes an easy set up of the machine possible.
