The TYPHOON® MB-WB parts washer cleans parts automatically in a continuous process using a walking beam conveyor. The walking beam conveys all the loaded parts one position forward synchronously, to ensure that the parts are accurately positioning all the way through the washer. This is especially important when parts need to be probed, when specific features on the part need to be reached by precision-aimed spray nozzles, and when precise load/unload positions are required for robotic handling. The MB-WB system is ideal for precision cleaning and flushing parts such as camshafts, engine blocks and cylinder heads.
