1. CG630C cylindrical grinding machines is suitable for grinding external cylindrical surfaces of rotary workpiece of cylinder and taper.
2. The longitudinal movement of worktable is driven by hydraulic stepless variable speed transmission or hand-wheel transmission; the guideway is plastic-filming and features on forced oil lubrication, absorbing vibration, anti-friction as well as smooth low speed operations.
3. For the wheel head, fast forward/backward of infeed is driven by hydraulic system, while rough and fine feed is controlled by hand wheel transmission.
4. The grinding wheel spindle is supported by high-rigidity sleeve type hydrostatic/hydrodynamic bearing with high rotary precision and high rigidity.
5. The work head adopts double-speed motor plus three-gear transmissions with high transmission precision, good rigidity and easy operation. The work head spindle of UCG630C is of sliding bearing structure and the clearance of front bearing is adjustable to meet the needs of installing center or chuck in grinding; also adjustable in anti-clockwise direction for any angle within 90 degrees to facilitate the grinding of internal or external taper workpiece with chuck.
6. The wheel dressers are respectively installed on worktable and tailstock and provided with two kinds of dressing.
