BUSINARO, founded in 1968, specializes in the manufacture of sharpening machines for industrial cutting blades.

Founded as a company that offered sharpening service, it later began the production of several models of fully mechanical sharpening machines and started selling the products on the Italian market.

The results achieved enabled the company to expand its product range and begin sales to foreign markets.

With the entry of the founder's sons into the company, the decision was made for a further process of business transformation, and a strong focus was placed on innovative research, also supported by the ability to enhance the information that came from the market.

July 1, 2024 marks the beginning of the production of Businaro machines within MVM's premises, which will enable the company to offer a full range of products that can meet any wide range of needs.
