In the second half of the seventies enters the plant technician numerical controls. The first lathe manufactured in cooperation with the German company BOEHRINGER is TAE-32N, numerical control SIEMENS.
At the turn of 1980/1990 AFM produces largely universal lathes to foreign markets and numerically controlled for the domestic market and for export. The next decade is largely the production of numerically controlled lathes and a wide range of services.
Since 2000, the AFM SA begins assembly of mechanical components - centers vertical CNC lathes and CNC GILDEMEISTER group. At the same time begin designs of vertical machining centers.
