Mechanic characteristics

△Guide pillar structures with three, six and eight circles are adopted, can minimize the motion friction, running for 24 hours, minimize the heat extent, but the accuracy can up to the highest value and extend the life of mould.

△Using multifunctional contace control style screen, indicate in Chinese and English characters, no need of proficient operation, with its overall function, it is operated well by common workers. The information for angle, rotation speed and fault of the lathe can be displayed on the screen, and can operate safely.

△Cast-iron is coined by high tensile strength of alloy castiron, and checked by the quality inspection bureau, with the feature of shock absorption. Under the condition of high speed motion pressure and high speed feeding, the machine can keep stable, slightly chock, can ensure its accuracy in the long term.

△Manually to adjust the height of mould, easily to operate.

△Can match with the counter-side load dynamic balance, based on the vibration which occurred during the high speed running and rotating of the balancing crack shaftand sliding block, to control the accuracy of bottom stop.
