Sanhe Tongfei Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, development, production, marketing and services. It is located in Sanhe, East Beijing and occupies an area of 39000m2, among which, 15000m2 is workshops. Currently, we are providing services through our 350 employees, including 58 managers and technicians. Tongfei is also a member of China Association of Refrigeration (CAR) and China Machine Tool and Tool Builders’ Association (CMTBA). The company has production lines for laser cutting machines, NC turret punching, and NC plate punching/shearing/folding. Production equipment for refrigeration field include: copper pipe alignment-U bending machine, heat exchanger forming machine, scrap-free cutting machine, hydraulic pipe-bending machine, NC high-speed punching machine, handheld pipe-expanding machine, horizontal pipe-expanding machine, oxygen-free welding, pressure-maintaining leak detection and air-tightness detection line. It also has production lines for product assembly, commissioning, testing and packaging. Besides, Tongfei has established a country-level refrigeration product performance test center and environment simulation lab, equipped with Germany TESTO thermography, EMC group pulse generator, anemometer, leeway tester, safety tester and multiple US-imported H25IR refrigerating system airtightness detection equipment. Tongfei is a flagship enterprise in China industrial refrigeration industry owing to its expertise, technical strength and manufacturing strength. In 2006, Tongfei obtained the Industry Products Production License of the People''''s Republic of China and in 2012 passed review on the License. In 2009, all its products passed the CE certification. Tongfei has 18 national patents and multiple cutting-edge technologies in China. More than that, it has converted technologies into productivity. After 20-year development, Tongfei has accumulated unique technical achievements and processes. In 2010, it was issued with Certificate for High-tech Enterprise and the Trustworthy Products by Consumers of Langfang; in 2011, awarded with Famous Trademark of Hebei Province; and in 2012, ratified to be Famous Brand Products of Hebei Province, Leading Enterprise for Strategy Implementation, Model Enterprise for Credit and Law-conformance of Hebei Province, Benefit-oriented Enterprise of Hebei Province, and the Famous Trademark in China by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC). Tongfei has passed the HSE system certification and exercised “5S” (SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU and SHITSUKE) management. Currently, it is capable of producing 60,000 sets of industrial refrigeration equipment yearly and serves more than 600 foreign-invested enterprises, JVs and Chinese enterprises. Its dominant products include: MCO-series precision oil cooler, MCW-series precision water cooler, MCWL-series precision water cooler for lasers, MCS-series precision cutting fluid cooler, MCA-series air conditioner for electric box, MEA-series heat exchanger for electric box and MEO-series hydraulic oil heat exchanger. Such products match famous NC machining centers, laser cutting and welding equipment, quenching equipment, NC engraving machines, high-precision electric processing equipment, high-precision gear processing machine tools, NC grinders and hydraulic stations both at home and abroad. Its products are ratified by the insiders and sold to Germany, Switzerland, the US, Norway, Japan, India, Russia, Korea and Taiwan.
