Yang: At Taiwan in 1943, Yang Iron Works has grown to become a leading manufacture of innovative machining products and industrial equipment. Yang's winning combination of technology and professionalism has resulted in products known the world over for outstading quality and reliability.

Incorporated in 1967, Yang began producing the precisely high-speed engine lathes that is still well known today. Yang also produced Taiwan's first computer numerical control (CNC) Lathe in 1974; vertical machining center in 1980. In 1980, Yang became the first publicly traded machine tool horizontal machining center in 1982; the first automatic storage and warehousing systems in 1990.

In 1993 Yang was the first Taiwanese machinery company to have all its prducts passed ISO 9002 certified. In 1996, Yang produced the first flexible manufacturing system and utilized the first industrial robots in their manufacturing facility.

As Yang has moved to a brand-new, advanced technology factory, it continues to demonstrate persistence, innovation, a strict commitment to quality and customer service which has been known for years. This move will accelerate Yang's development of other high-technology products.
