our high precision cnc lathe is focused on high speed, high precision and high rigidity. our high precision cnc machines include skc-20f series, skc-30f, skc-40f series, skc-7520 series, skc-7530 series, skc-8h series, skc-12h series, skc-16h series, and skc-20h series. they are made with japanese fanuc controls, japanese nsk or thk high precision ball screws, japanese nsk high precision bearings, japanese thk precision linear guide, and german ktr or r+w shaft couplings. the run-out of our spindle is less than 2um. repeatability is less than +/-1um. roundness and surface finish of machined parts is up to 0.2 to 0.4um. tolerance error is within 3um. the main electric elements, thread plugs, thread rings and high grade bolts are all imported from foreign countries, which ensure trouble-free operation for a long time. each guide ways have sufficient guiding length and handling space. advanced auto lubrication unit guarantees high precision running permanently.

our max. spindle speed is up to 6000r/min. the max. spindle speed of swiss-turn lathe is up to 12000r/min. the max. traverse speed is up to 20m/min. series skc-20f/30f/40f machines have taken a leading position in domestic technical and performance market for their advantages of high accuracy, high rotating speed, high rigidity and low trouble.
