hong ji was established in 1980 by mr. lin. our factory is located in taichung with total area 4000 square meters. we manufacture the cross slide table (vertical drilling) in the initial stage. in 70s, engineering industry flourished brought promotion of machine parts quality. however, the machining of deep hole drilling still stay in the traditional method. most of private enterprises had acquired a smattering of "gun drill". making inefficiency produce can not meet customer require anymore.

mr. lin understood the above status, and collected information worldwide. after evaluating, we manufacture first deep hole drilling machine with plc controller in 1992. now, hong ji becomes a professional manufacturer for the series of high-efficiency deep-hole drilling machine (gun drill) that are suitable for the specific processing of

* automobile and motorcycle spare parts for crankshafts, connecting rods, shafts, power steering shafts.
* plastic injection mould for coolant passages, eject pin and electrical heating holes.
* glass mould for coolant passages.
* medical equipment for artificial hollow bones.
* others parts required to drill high precision deep holes.

the machine capacity is for holes diameter: Ø2 ~ Ø30mm, depth: up to 2,000mm.

except taiwan factory, we also have two bureaus in china to do maintenance. in early 2006, we had a new branch in thailand to supply immediately service for customers of south-east asia.
