Description

Metalon Industries was founded in July 1987 selling machine tools. Up to today, 23 years later, the company is still at it and still selling machine tools. Something must be right or else Metalon will not be around till now.

Metalon’s foundation was built around the husband and wife concept. This two pillars are the permanent structure that will carry Metalon through hurricanes and earthquakes. As it had done in the 1997 South East Asian Financial Crisis and the 2000 U.S Stock Crash and recession.

Up to today, we have sold hundreds of machines and our customers come back to us because we give a honest, value for money deal and the most important factor is the repair when the machine breaks down !

The word repair have many angles and you as a buyer must know what kind of repair you are getting.. Others employ Malaysian or Foreign workers who do not have any experience on the particular brand and model and hence take a long time to fix the problem and did you hear the story that the repairman repairs a working component and leave the problem area unsolved and you have to pay for the repair? At the end of the day, the question to ask is : How good are you in solving the machine’s problem not how many repairmen do you have ?? . To make you, as a potential buyer, confident about our service backup, we make it a point to send one of our pillars to Taiwan for training on this area. If we send any Tom, Dick and Harry to Taiwan for training, the service capability is only valid for as long as the serviceman is with our company. The service capability can drop to zero once that serviceman leave the company. We have heard many such cases and you as a buyer must be aware but if you buy from Metalon, the service capabilty is valid for many many more years down the road.

How do you define a GOOD machine ?? We, at Metalon define it as, a good machine is one machine that makes money for the company!!. Another words the performance value of the machine must be higher than the dollar value of the machine. It is no point buying a top end machine (except to show to customers that you employ expensive machines to make their parts) and don’t forget you need to pay thru your nostril (the principal loan and the interest). At the end of the day, all your profits are channel to paying the total cost of the top end machine, leaving you with little or no profit at all. 95% of our brands are from Taiwan. Furthermore, we select only the best brands in Taiwan to sell to you. The dollar value you pay is low but you get higher performance value with our machines. You can breathe easy as the cost of our machines are reasonably low. At the end of the tunnel, you make profit after deducting the cost of the machine. These are the words of my customer. If the machine makes money for me it is a Good Machine. Another words, you pay low dollar value but you get high performance value , that is how you generate profit and at the same time your debt burden will be reduced to zero.

All our machines come with J.I.S or C.N.S Accuracy standard and if the machine is out of accuracy and beyond adjustment, we commit to replace you with another machine. You need not worry that because you are paying a low price you are getting low quality. In fact, the machine is high quality as supported by J.I.S/C.N.S standards, and the good part is you are paying 30 to 50 percent less for a high performance/quality machine.

All our machines come with one year warranty that include part replacement, unlimited labour charges and transport. Beware of other dealers warranty that only supply free parts replacement and charge you for labour by the hour and transport charges.

Finally, during these hard times, your selling prices are getting lower and lower and we are wondering how are you going to pay if you continue to opt for a top end machine. We have never heard of any buyer/customer that show compassion and willingly up his price based on the fact that you are using an expensive machine.
