3 Station hydraulic press. I got it from a Harley Davidson plant that was shut down. It makes a rear fender for there Street, 750 Dies are still in it. You put your sheet metal blank in station one that forms the sides, move it to station two and that does another operation then move it to station three and does another operation and punches some holes. Each time you cycle it the press runs all three stations one after another. So each time you load a part a finished part comes off station three. See video. Of course you are going to have to reconfigure things for your application but this makes a real cheap starting point. The hydraulic power supply is 20 HP and the system is set up for 3000 psi. This as seen very little use. Its all high quality parts like Parker. This isn't a cheap Chinese machine. It was actually built about 20 miles from me at Tool's Inc in Sussex WI Job #81794 They could probably reconfigure it for you if you wanted. I have all the manuals and technical drawings for the machine and they are very extensive. The machine is fully functional. The platform is on castors measures 124" X 60" X 85" and weighs 10,440 lbs. Station one has two opposing cylinders 4" diameter and 5" stroke. Station two has 3.25 diameter and 7" stroke, station three is 3.25" and 6" stroke. It has light curtains across the front and guarding on all other sides.
