Extended range, higher accuracy
The outstanding MoveInspect concept always provides the right sensor for every purpose. The digital cameras sensors vary in acquisition frequency and resolution according to measuring task. Until now MoveInspect has been available in two versions using different digital cameras: MoveInspect HF (high frequency) and MoveInspect HR (high resolution). With MoveInspect XR (extended range), the third configuration is available now. MoveInspect XR cameras have higher resolution and attains both higher measurement accuracy and twice as big measuring volume.
With a measuring volume of more than 100 m³, MoveInspect XR is the strongest system in the market, especially for the measurement of large devices or vehicle components as e.g. side parts.
Pictures taken by calibrated cameras sensors are basis for data acquisition. The 3D data are calculated automatically and in real-time. Contrary to classical procedures, MoveInspect is able to collect simultaneously a huge number of points. Thereby, MoveInspect systems are significantly faster than commonly used devices, like arms and laser trackers. A clear time and cost saving advantage!
Additionally, the MoveInspect software determines 3D coordinates of object points and 6-DOF data of solid bodies in every moment.
Workflow Probing with hand-held MI.Probe
When probing, the operator touches the points to be measured simply with the hand-held MI.Probe. The corresponding camera system sights the probe and determines the 3D coordinates of the points without a mechanical connection between the system and the probe. The user only has to ensure that a visual connection to the camera system is given. In contrast to articulated arms, the operator has a complete freedom of movement for measuring because there are no mechanical limitations. Beyond that, MoveInspect XR impresses with its simple handling.
