This MEGACUT is customized for both laser cutting and laser welding of 2D sheets and 3D objects. Both pallets of the pallet changer on the right are mostly used for cutting sheets. The NC-driven T-slot table to the left is divided into twelve (3 x 4) zones. Each zone can be used for installing fixtures like welding clamps, rotary axis. The 5-axis machine can be equipped with a cutting head or a welding head. The heads are easily exchanged. The vertical stroke of the Z-axis is 800 mm.
