CK43 series lathe is designed for automotive industry to machine crank connecting necks. Features: high accuracy, high flexibility and high efficiency. Workpieces are semifinished or finished through eccentric jigs, which are driven by the right and the left headstocks.
This lathe consists of bed, left headstock, right headstock, left jig, right jig, slide, turret (with a 12-station indexing disk), NC control system, electric system, cooling system, lubrication system and guarding. The bed and base is made from high grade cast iron. It is horizontal and rigid. Bed ways are rigid wide rectangular hardened ways. The saddle and the slide are made from high grade cast iron. Their turcite guideways have minimum dynamic/static friction force. Germany FAG bearings are used on spindle. They are large-diameter precision angular contact ball bearings and double-row cylindrical roller bearings with excellent rigidity. Pretensioned nuts and Japanese NSK angular contact bearings are used in X and Z axes. So screws’ rigidity, resistance to heat distortion and feeding precision is increased greatly. The Italian DM 12-station power turret on the lathe changes tools precisely and quickly with high rigidity.
