The model CL-152 operates axial workings of extremities of bars and tubes, with fixed and multi insert tooling, combining power, rigidity, loading/unloading automatic integrated system and easy programming.The machine utilizes two opposite working units, each moved on the CNC longitudinal axis “Z”, and equipped of one ISO50 chuck.The base is made by an electro welded and normalized steel structure, and it has been properly conceived with directional slipways in order to convey the chips into the appropriate integrated conveyor.The use of self centering vices, fixed on linear guides for the slides handling, allows to lock parts of different length and diameter.The longitudinal positioning of the vices is obtained thanks to their coupling to the operating units and their displacement in manual mode.The machine is equipped with total fairing and sliding doors, interlocked by safety micro contacts, and further, it is prearranged for the connection to a Robot or other types of automation for the parts loading/unloading system.
