The CLASSIC has all the basic features of the Cutlass stud welders, but with increased portability, minimal weight and simplicity built in. It is capable of welding studs up to 1/4" in diameter in mild steel and stainless steel, and up to 3/16" in aluminum. The CLASSIC comes complete with the PKM-1B weld gun and cable set. The PKM-1B gun is a light but strong, ergonomically designed weld gun...capable of withstanding the rigors of continuous on site or shop use. The gun accepts either the quick change, standard adjustable weld chucks or the "B" style collets.
