The DMC FD machines combine milling and turning technology in a single machine. They are designed on the basis of a 5-axis milling machine, which has been expanded by a very powerful milling / turning table with DirectDrive technology and speeds up to 1,200 rpm. With a torque of up to 4,572.9 ft./lbs., the table is suitable for a wide variety of milling and turning applications for large and bulky workpieces.
