Our battle horse is the DELTA-Line, which is available with three different types of heating ovens, according to the specifi c material utilized in your process:
QUARTZ (medium and short wave infrared), CONTACT (with pressure up to 200t) and HOT AIR (forced through the material). Press tonnage also variable upon specific request up to 400 ton.

For more sophisticated and technical products, we can combine different heating methods, in order to heat every individual material in an optimal way thus reducing the cycle time and increasing the quality of the final product. Also we have the possibility of heating one or more layers and laminate them with other cold materials.
Every line can be loaded manually or fully automatic from pallets and/or multiple rolls.
