Orbitalum’s BRB 2 is a lightweight, handheld end prep beveler engineered to produce precise, highly repeatable weld preps. Its designed for simultaneous facing, beveling and counterboring tube and pipes (including stainless steel) from .5” (12.75mm) to .945” (24mm) I.D. up to a wall thickness of .315” (6mm). Available in Electric, Pneumatic and Pneumatic Auto Clamping models with standard or NC style clamping.
Powerful and robust Boiler Tube Prep Machine. Counterbore and bevel pipes made from high-alloy steel (stainless steel), low-alloy and carbon steel with the unique tool system QTC®. Designed for pipe end preparations and boiler pipe applications.
