Punching Type CNC Angle Processing Center
Punch Type TAL Series CNC Angle Processing Center are broadly used productive machines for high-speed processing angles from raw materials to finished products in one production run. They are designed for light & Medium Steel Tower structure fabricators. TAL series covers 3 machining operations: Numbering, Punching, and Shearing. TAL series can not only punch round holes on the steel angle, but also slot holes, which are mostly used for Telecommunication Tower fabricators. The machine is mainly consisted of 6 Units: cross conveyor with cycle-running V-type lifting device (for loading angle), Loading Conveyor with carriage, Marking Unit, Punching Unit, Cutting Unit, and Unloading Conveyor with 45°leaning function.
Feeding System: 4 pieces of cross conveyors for storage and transverse transmitting the angle. The Cycle-Running V type devices at the end of the cross conveyor are used to load the angle on the infeeding conveyor.
Feeding Carriage: A carriage driven by a 5kW servo motor to ensure the high-speed feeding at Max. 40m/min. The carriage with adjustable pincher for 12m / 14m long angle with CNC controlled longitudinal feeding.
Punching System: There’re 2 or 3 removable and replaceable punch adapters installed on each leg of the machine to provide multi-option punching solutions. A wide range stadia adjustment can allow the holes closer to the leg of the angle.
Marking Unit: The marking station is specially designed to imprint alpha and numeric characters on the leg of angle, which produces permanent marks approximate 1 mm deep and easy to identify after painting or galvanizing.
Shearing Unit: TAL series machines are equipped with a powerful shearing unit with double-blade cutting solutions for all size of angles. Also we have model TAL1512T, designed with a single-blade shearing unit, which can provide more efficient and no-waste cutting.
Hydraulic System: A hydraulic power station separate laid beside of the machine provides abundant pressure for the working units and auxiliary circuits, like Cycle-Running V-type lifter and 45° Dumping device on outfeeding conveyors.
Finished workpiece could be processed in a high rhythm--1000 holes/hour.
