3. One piece cast iron machine bed and one piece cast iron Gantry yield in highest rigidity; the whole machine is analyzed by FEM software, assuring machine accuracy and reliability.
4. All three axes are equipped with high precision roller linear guide and linear encoder, providing high speed traverse with stable performance.
5. The working area is completely enclosed with a protective cover to prevent the operator or any other person from being injured by flinging chippings.
6. The coolant tank is equipped with oil water separator which can protect the working environment and prolong the life time of coolant.
