1. Basic big parts adopt phenolic sand molding and HT300 cast iron to ensure high rigidity and stable precision.
2. X, Y and Z axes adopt SCHNEEBERGER MRB55 heavy load roller guideway with high rigidity.
3. X, Y and Z axes are driven by AC servo motor plus synchronous cog belt and German I+F ballscrew.
4. Spindle is driven by SIEMENS 17/22.5kW AC servo motor plus German ZF dual-stage gear box.
5. Spindle bearing adopts FAG P4 grade high speed and precision bearing; front and rear sides adopt angular contact ball bearing. Spindle features high precision, high speed, high load capacity and low temperature rise.
6. Spindle is equipped with constant temperature cooling system to prevent thermal deformation.
7. Cutting tools are clamped by disk spring and released hydraulically.
8. X, Y and Z axes feedback servo system adopts encoder semi-close loop control.
