1. MTG250 Y Universal tool grinder is composed of bed, crosshead sliding plate, elevating sleeve, grinding head and other equipments.
2. Longitudinal movement adopts rolling steel guideway; elevating sleeve is driven by ballscrew; cross movement adopts sliding guideway.
3. The grinding head has four kinds of speed to meet different demands.
4. Universal support ensures that the cutter is in the right grinding position and is equipped with three kinds of exchangeable support chips.
5. The spindle taper of universal chuck is MT-5 on one side and 7:24 on the other side; rear side of spindle has indexing mechanism, which can make equal division of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24.
