2. After precision grinding, the ultrasonic frequency quenched guide way is characterized by high strength and good rigidity. The junction surface of saddle and carriage are pasted with Teflon anti-wear strip.
3. Spindle adopts high precision bearing, and spindle speed is infinitely variable from180-540 rpm.
4. Feed axis us driven by servo motor; ball screw is connected to spindle axis through high precision coupling; ball screw adopts pre-stretching structure, which increases rigidity.
5. The slide guideway and ball screw adopts automatic timing and quantitative lubrication.
