The Machining Center BILLO M2 is our response to a large range of customers working on batches of a hundred parts and for which are required very complex machining, including 5-axis machinig.

The machine is equipped with two opposite working units and a self-centering chuck for universal orientation that allows to work with just one placement of the part, avoiding downtime and improving the accuracy of the finished part. The possibility to work on six faces comes from a specific chuck that, regardless the axis rotation, lock the part perfectly centered.

The operatign unit allows drilling, milling, tapping and threading of any step by setting the working data through the NC; the machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer type Random up to 40 locations, with the possibility of mounting a Breaking Tool Detection System for unattended productions.

The ISO programming is extremely simple; equipped with the most modern digital technology hardware systems, BILLO M2 appears to be the winning choice in a market in which the numbers are gradually disappearing.

In therefore appears to be a machine suited to the production of complex pats with just one placement, obtaining the maximum accuracy.
