Guyson’s mid-size 150/16 cyclone reclaimer has sufficient separation capacity for large pressure-blast manual cabinets and multiple-gun automated suction blast systems with a moderate number of large-bore suction-blast guns.
Our Model 150/16 is ruggedly fabricated from 1/8-inch thick continuously welded steel plate and is mounted in a rigidly welded 42-inch x 42-inch angle iron frame. In a typical suction-blast installation the 150/16 cyclone has a height of 114 inches, while in a typical pressure-blast installation, the cyclone stack-up with a large pressure vessel has an overall height of 144 inches and a 48 × 48-inch footprint.
