R-Series DiagramBlast treatment and airwash is performed as components rest on the continuously rotating table of the R-series cabinets. The adjustable speed table may be fitted with part-holding baskets or simple fixtures, and multiple blast guns may be rigidly bracketed in fixed position or mounted on an adjustable oscillator or a rotary turret.
Return-to-front operation and rapid processing times make this type of automatic blast machine popular for applications such as blast cleaning, cosmetic finishing, surface preparation and deflashing.
